Notes from Manitoba Flora

Work in Progress

This project brings together herbarium specimens and photographs of living plants found in Manitoba. Through a combination of archival and contemporary imagery, I am exploring memory, presence, absence. and the fragile relationship between preserved and living forms.

The images presented here represent an early stage of development. The project is ongoing, and both the visual direction and sequencing continue to evolve through fieldwork, photography, and experimentation. Public exhibition is planned for July 2027 at Millennium Library.
